- Cutthe Mushroom in two pieces.
- In lukewarm water mix wheat flour and put Mushroom pieces and Keep it for 10-15 minutes then strain Mushroom and wash with cold water in a pan boil water and put mushroom for steaming till 10 mins.
- Prepare paste of two onion, garlic and ginger and green chillies and finely chopped one onion. Make tomato puree of one tomato and Keep half chopped tomato.
- In a kadhai heat oil put jeera, tejpatta after heating put chopped onion and fri till golden brown.
- Now add onion paste and stir it continuously add green peas and tomato puree and mix it well.
- After 10 minutes add kitchen king and fry untill oil removes from mixture.
- Now mix chopped tomato and kasuri methi mix well.
- Now add Mushroom and stir it add some water and salt as per taste and cook untill gravy get thiken.
- Now switch off the gas. Keep Mushrooms in a bowl and pour butter and serve it hot.
