  1. Clean and wash the mint and coriander leaves..
  2. Heat oil and temper with urad dal, red chilli and hing..
  3. Then add washed coriander and mint leaves.
  4. Saute for 2 minutes till it shrinks, switch off and add tamarind..
  5. Allow it to cool down and transfer to mixer..
  6. Grind to smooth paste adding little water..
  7. Transfer to bowl or container. Mint Coriander Thogayal is ready. Serve it with rice/idli/dosa..
