- It’s 2 of whole chicken.
- Prepare of Ginger powder.
- You need of Onion sliced.

- Take of Powdered coriander.
- You need of Scotch bonnet.
- Make ready of Maggi.
- Prepare of Onga.
- Prepare of Curry.

Dambun Kaza step by step
- Wash your chicken after cutting into pieces and add to a pot,add water,scotch bonnet,Onion and spices and let cook till very soft, I allowed mine to soften in such a way that when I touched it with cooking spoon it start spreading.
- Add oil to the pot and start stirring to avoid sticking, continue stirring and adding oil little by little until done,this should be on low flame.
- It can take an hour or more before it completely dries and is ready.Be sure to remove the bones while stirring.
- You can eat with any drink,you can also put it in bread and eat or eat with rice..
