  2. Make ready 1 of tblspn yeast.
  3. Make ready of Sugar to your taste.
  4. Prepare of Oil for frying.
  5. Prepare 1 of medium sized onion.

Masa step by step

  1. Wash 2 tblsn of rice and cook with water then set aside..
  2. In a bowl add 3 cups of rice and soak overnight, in the morning, drain the water then add the rice in a blender,add sliced onions and blend till smooth and transfer in to a bowl..
  3. Add the cooked rice in to the rice batter and mixed well, add 1 tblspn of yeast, add little warm water and stir, then cover the bowl, keep it in a warm place to rise..
  4. Check the batter after 1hr, stir and add little water, add sugar to your taste, taste the batter to know if the sugar is ok (when batter is sour you can add ¼ tspn of baking powder), mixed very well then keep aside.
  5. In a masa pan add 1 tblspn of oil in each, then add the batter in the pan and fry on both side..
  6. It's ready to be enjoyed 😋.
