G. G paste, kacha papita, seekh masala…
Green chilli and coriander…
Note: make sure your mince should b dry well…
In the end oil…
Chopperize well…
Now leave it for 2 hour…
Note: if you want to BBQ then done it on coal…
If note give coal smoke on marinate mince…
Then put on skewers…
Cook on direct flame for 10,15 min…
Enjoy with imli chutney…
