Wash and soak the white rice for 4 hours.
Blend the soaked rice with the per boiled rice and onion in a blend.
Blend till it's very smooth then transfer into a bowl.
Mix the yeast with little water and add to the mixture.
Cover and keep in a warm place and allow it to rise for 1 hour.
After an hour add sugar and salt.
Heat the Tanda with some oil.
Add little water if the paste is thick.
Fry and enjoy with kulikuli, sugar or miyar taushe(groundnut soup) 😋.
