Ingredients of Jowar Soup (Kanya)
- Take 3/4 cup of roughly broken Jowar.
- Prepare To taste of salt.
- It’s 2 glass of water.
Jowar Soup (Kanya) step by step
- If you don't have broken jowar then in a grinder roughly broke the jowar, don't make fine powder like flour..
- Now take 3/4 cup roughly broken jowar in a big utensil,add 2 glass of water mix well and soak for 10 to 15 minutes..
- After that if you want you can remove above water and add fresh water else you can use same. Now cook it on low to medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes. Add salt, mix well. Keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps..
- Cook till slightly become thick. Jowar Soup is ready..
- Serve it hot. You can serve with milk or buttermilk..
