Ingredients of Kanya 's Spring Rolls

  1. Prepare 2 packages of Spring rolls wrappers / 48 pieces.
  2. You need of stuffing.
  3. You need 1 head of Cabbage / cleaned and shredded.
  4. You need 2 of Chicken breast / thin sliced.
  5. Take 200 grams of Minced pork.
  6. Make ready 5 slice of Ham / sliced.
  7. You need 1 each of Tofu / thin sliced.
  8. Make ready 150 grams of Vermicelli / soaked in water and cut.
  9. Take 150 grams of Bean sprout.
  10. Prepare 1 clove of Garlic / minced.
  11. Take 1 head of Onion / sliced.
  12. Prepare of seasoning.
  13. It’s 1 1/2 tsp of Black pepper.
  14. Take 3 tbsp of Soya sauce.
  15. Prepare 1 tsp of Salt.
  16. You need 2 tbsp of Oyster sauce.
  17. Take 2 bunch of Spring onion / chopped.
  18. Prepare of eggs mixture.
  19. It’s 3 of Eggs / large size.
  20. It’s 1 tbsp of Mix black and white sesame.
  21. Prepare 1 tsp of Corn starch.
  22. It’s 1 tsp of Olive oil or vegetables oil to stir fry the stuffing.

Kanya 's Spring Rolls instructions

  1. Make the stuffing by clean and shred cabbage , slice carrots , onion, ham, tofu,chicken , clean bean sprout , soak vermicelli in water.
  2. In the pan sprinkle some vegetables or olive oil , brown garlic ,and follow with chicken , minced pork , ham ,stir until meat is almost cook ,add tofu, cabbage ,carrots,stir until soft ,add seasoning ,vermicelli ,spring onion , mix well , turn heat off, transfer to a bowl and allow to cool.
  3. Prepare eggs mixture by beat eggs , add corn starch and sesame and mix well.
  4. Wraps the rolls ,on a plate place one sheet of spring roll wrapper on , fill the stuffing 1 and half tbsp , and follow by pictures ,use the eggs mixture to stick the sheet ,repeat until finish.
  5. On deep fry 180°F .before fry dip roll into eggs mixture ,approximately 3-4 mins until golden brown ,cut half ,and serve hot with Thai chillies sauce ,enjoy :).
