Ingredients of Dahi Kabab
- Take 2 cups of Hung Curd.
- Prepare 2-3 tbsp of Roasted Besan / gram flour.
- Take 1/4 tsp of Elaichi Powder / cardamom.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Dalchini Powder / cinnamon.
- It’s 1 of medium sized onion(very finely chopped).
- Take 1 of " Small piece of Grated Ginger.
- Prepare 1 of Green Chilli (very finely chopped).
- You need 1/4 cup of Coriander Leaves (very finely chopped).
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Grated Paneer.
- Take 2-3 tbsp of Grated Cheese.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of Red Chilli Powder.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of Black Pepper Powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Dhania,Jeera Powder / coriander,cumin powder.
- Take as needed of Salt.
- Prepare as needed of Bread Crumbs for coating.
- Make ready as needed of Oil for frying.
Dahi Kabab step by step
- In a mixing bowl, mix all the above ingredients except bread crumbs. Mix everything very gently..
- Gently make small balls with hands or spoon. Roll them on bread crumbs and flatten..
- In a kadhai, heat up the oil. Once oil gets heated, lower the flame. Deep fry the Kababs on lower to medium flame till it turns golden brown. Remove on tissue paper..
- Serve hot with green chutney..
