- You need 2 tsp of Coriander seeds.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Methi seeds.
- It’s 1 stick of Cinnamon.
- It’s 1 tsp of Poppy seeds.
- Prepare 2-3 of cloves.
- You need 1/2 cup of Ghee.
Chicken Sukka with Mini Dosa instructions
- Marinate chicken with red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste..
- Dry roast all whole spices - whole red chilli, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns, methi seeds, cinnamon, clove, poppy seeds.
Grind them to a fine powder..
