- Take Bunch of mix kienyeji mbogas.
- Make ready 250 g of Sun dried Omena.

- Prepare 3 tsp of Mayonnaise.

- Take the kienyeji mbogas,wash thoroughly, cut semi finely. Boil for 20 minutes on mid. Sieve any remaining water and set aside. Cut an onion and fry it,add 1 ripe tomato,add mbogas and a pinch of salt,stir and cover for 10 minutes..
