Ingredients of Chicken Satay

  10. Prepare 1.5 Tbsp of Sugar.
  11. Prepare of Peanut sauce.
  12. Take 200 ml of Coconut Milk.
  13. Prepare 1.5 Tbsp of Red Curry Paste.
  14. It’s 1/4 Tsp of Cumin Seeds.
  15. It’s 1/4 Tsp of Coriander seeds.
  16. Make ready 50-100 ml of Chicken Stock or water.
  17. Make ready 1 Tbsp of Tamarind paste.
  18. It’s 2 Tbsp of Palm Sugar.
  19. You need 2 Tbsp of Crushed peanuts.
  20. It’s of Garnish with coriander & chilli.

  9. Add the rest of coconut milk, Palm sugar, salt and Tamarind paste..
  10. Add crushed peanuts move them around.Then add a little stock or water..
  11. Taste it and add more ingredients, if need to. Then turn of the heat..
  12. Garnish with Coriander..
