Ingredients of Pepper and sausage kabobs

  1. You need 2 packages of Beef smoked sausage.
  2. It’s 10 of Kabob sticks.
  3. You need 1 packages of mini sweet peppers.
  4. Make ready 1 of Bottle of Swert Bourbon Glaze.

Carefully skewer sausage and veggies onto the sticks in an alternating fashion.Brush ingredients with avocado oil and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.Place skewers over hot grill rack, turning occasionally, until meat is cooked through and veggies are tender.For the kabobs, we're using Butterball's Hardwood Smoked Turkey Sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms, and red onions.

Pepper and sausage kabobs step by step

  1. Soak sticks in water for about an hour.
  2. Slice sausage diagnal into 2 inch pieces.
  3. Assemble whole mini sweet peppers and sausage on kabob sticks.
  4. Cook on grill turning to ypur liking of crispness coating kabobs with Bourbon glaze.
  5. Remove from grill and pour glaze on top of kabobs and enjoy.

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.Heat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.As it grills, brush with pineapple sauce.
