Ingredients of Kaari pakora😋

  2. Take 1/2 kg of dahi.
  3. You need 1 tsp of garlic paste.

  5. It’s 2 of big tomatoes(1 slice cut 1 chopped).
  6. You need 2 of big Potatoes (chopped).
  7. You need of Fresh Coriander /Spanish.
  8. Take to taste of Salt.
  9. Make ready 2 1/2 tbsp of Chilli flakes.
  10. Make ready 1 tbsp of turmeric powder.
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of baking soda.
  12. Take 1 tbls of Coriander powder.
  13. Make ready 1 tbls of cumin sabut.
  14. It’s 1 tbls of ajvain.
  15. Prepare of Oil for fry.
  16. You need of Water for mixture.

  1. Wash your hand say bismiAllah and daroud shareef.
  2. First of all make kaari take a blender jug add dahi and blend it.
  3. Now take a pateela add 3 tbsp oil then add slice onion fry it on low flame then after that add garlic paste and slice cut tomatoes,Turmeric,salt to taste and chilli flakes, cook it very well until tomatoes become soft.
  4. After that add baisan and cook it on low flame until aroma release(baisan ka kacha pan b hatam hojay) now add blended dahi in it and mix it with the help of whisk(take baisan or lassi yakjan hojain or koi b lam'z baki na rahy) after that add 5 to 6 glass water and cook on low flame until become little bit thick like this.
  5. After become thick now it's time to prepared pakora mixture take baisan(remaining) add chopped potatoes,tomatoes, onion,coriander, salt to taste,chilli flakes,coriander powder,cumin seeds,soda,ajvain, now add water gradually and mix it and make a batter like this rest it for 5-10 min then make pakory.
  6. Now take a wok add oil in it heat it take a batter with the help of spoon and make a small size pakoras like this.
  7. When it's done instantly add in kaari.
  8. When all done now it's time to give bhagar take another fry pan add 3 Tbsp oil then add whole red chillies and knorr,cumin seeds and give bhagar for the batter taste.
