Ingredients of Murgh Chollay
- Take 1 kg of Chicken.
- You need 1 Cup of chick peas boiled.
- Prepare Half of cup oil.
- Take 1 tsp of crushed red pepper.
- Take 2 tsp of red pepper powder.
- Make ready 1 Cup of yogurt.
- Prepare Half of kg tomatoes chopped.
- Make ready 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Garam masala, cinnamon stick 2, 2 black cardamom, 4 long.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Zeera.
- It’s 1 tsp of haldi powder.
- Take 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Take 3 of large onion chopped.
- Take Bunch of coriander leaves chopped garnish.
- It’s of Green chillies for garnishing.
Murgh Chollay step by step
- Take large skillet add oil onion fry it till golden brown.
- Add garam masala fry few minutes add zeera, add ginger garlic paste.
- Add chicken fry for few minutes add red pepper, haldi, tomatoes, paste and cook for 10 minutes until oil separated and tomatoes dissolved.
- Beat the yogurt, add in and keep cooking for few minutes.
- Add water according to desire or add 2 cups.
- Add chick peas and keep simmering on low medium heat for half an hour.
- Now garnishing with coriander leaves and green chillies and Enjoy.
