Ingredients of Rice Pakoras
- Prepare 1 cup of leftover biryani rice.
- Prepare Half cup of chopped onions.
- Prepare Half cup of chopped tomatoes.
- You need 1 of green chill chopped.
- Make ready 1 teaspoon of ajwaein.
- Take 1 teaspoon of hing.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- It’s 5 tablespoon of basin.
- It’s of Oil for frying.
Rice Pakoras step by step
- Mix all the ingredients in leftover biryani rice.
- Mash it with hands so they are soft and broken into smaller chunks.
- Leave the mixture for 30 minutes.
- The onion will release water and there no need to add water.
- Heat oil on low flame and add the mixture with the help of ice-cream scoop.
- Let the ball, golden brown on low flame.
- Remove it when done and dry the excess oil.
- One cup of rice make almost 8 to 9 balls.
