- Take 1000 ml of (about 4 U.S. cup) water.
- Prepare 150 g (1/3 lb) of sliced pork belly.
- You need 1/2 of gobo (burdock root).

- You need 2 inch of daikon.
- You need 2 of satoimo (baby taro).
- Prepare 1 of small sweet potato.
- Make ready 1/2 of leak.
