  2. You need 2 of boiled patotoes.
  3. You need 2 of green chillies.

Kidney Beans Cutlets instructions

  1. Take a bowl add boiled beans & mashed properly then add boiled patotoes and mashed well..
  2. When both above ingredients mashed properly add chhoped onion, chopped green chilli & chopped corrainder leaves in it..
  3. Now add all dry spices like red chilli powder,turmeric powder,black pepper powder & chat masala powder mix well add salt as per taste mix again..
  4. Apply some oil in our hands then take small portion of dough give any shape & coat in a bread crumbs for a minute both sides & press gently & keep aside..
  5. Meanwhile switch on the gas stove put non stick pan over it in low flame..
  6. Spread some oil on pan cutlets are ready to shallow fry..
  7. It's very soft dough so easily make tikkis like circle or oval or any other shape so take small portion of dough on our hands & give shape as per liking..
  8. Now put tikkis on hot pan spread some oil & fry till golden colour for both the sides carefully..
  9. Healthy cutlets are ready to serve with green chutney & sauce..
