Ingredients of Kanya's Stuffed Bamboo Shoots
- Prepare 6 of bamboo shoots ,cooked.
- Take 250 grams of minced pork.
- You need 1 tbsp of red curry paste.
- It’s 3 of kaffir lime leaves,thinny sliced.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of each lemongrass and galangal ,finely chopped.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Take 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce or soy sauce.
- You need 1 of oil to fry.
Kanya's Stuffed Bamboo Shoots instructions
- Prepare cooked bamboo shoots,clean ,cut ,use only soft part.
- Use toothpick to scratch bamboo shoots,make small threads in middle of bamboo,in order to stuff pork later ,set aside.
- Mix well minced pork with kaffir lime leaves,galangal,lemongrass.
- Stuff pork mixture into bamboo shoots ,like you make sausage ,not over filled it.
- Pan fry with little oil on low heat ,until all side turn lightly golden,pork cooked,approximately 10 mins in total,serve hot with rice ,or as appetizer :).
