Choco fudge walnut Brownie instructions
- In a bowl add egg, sugar, butter, brewed coffee with vanilla essence. Whisk everything very well untill sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes light and fluffy..
- Now add, maida, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. Mix th well. Now add a tbsp of lukewarm water and mix them. Now add the dark chocolate compound pieces and mix everything well..
- Now take a kadai & place it for pre-heating by covering the base of the kadai with salt & place a stand over it. Now cover the kadai with a lid. Pre-heat it on a high flame for 5 mins and 3 mins on medium flame..
- Now grease a tray with some oil and place a butter paper over it. Again brush it with some oil. Now pour the brownie batter in it. Sprinkle some crushed walnuts over it. Tap the tray to remove all the air-bubbles from it and place it over the stand. Cover the kadai and bake it in a low flame for about 30 to 35 mins. Let it come to the room temperature then demould it and cut them into pieces. You can decorate it with some chocolate sauce or chocolate ganache & walnuts….
