Ingredients of Designer stew

  8. Take of Bleached palm oil.
  9. You need of Bell pepper(green and red).
  10. Take of Scotch bonnet pepper.
  11. You need cubes of Bullion.
  12. Prepare of Salt.
  13. Prepare of Onions.

Ayamase stew which is also known as Ofada stew or the Nigerian designer stew is one of the numerous stew types we eat in Nigeria.This stew uses a combination of Green colored peppers.Designer stew is perfect with boiled rice,boiled yam,bread.Our designer stew comes with assorted meat and a side of white rice.

Designer stew step by step

  1. Wash the all the pepper and onions.
  2. Take it to the mill or use your blender to blend it rough or smooth depends on your taste or how you want the desired out come.
  3. Blended pepper, egg, locust beans fried beef dry catfish,cow skin.
  4. I had some left over bleached palm oil from the last soup I made this is how you want it to look like.
  5. Heat up a sauce pan over heat add in the oil cut in some onions into it fry till its caramelized.
  6. Add the locust beans into it and stir them together fry for about 5min.
  7. Pour in the the pepper into it and stir it up allow to boil till all the water is drained.
  8. Pour in the cow skin and your washed catfish.
  9. Add the eggs.
  10. Add in the bullion cubes and salt to taste.
  11. Serve with rice and enjoy.
