  6. Once cooked run the cream through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl. Immediately put the bowl into an ice bath. Once cool place in the fridge. After an hour or so the cream is alright to serve.
  7. Top with berries such as strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and enjoy!.
