  1. Make ready 1 1/2 lb of ground turkey.
  2. Prepare 1 of egg.
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup of rolled oats or plain oatmeal, pulsed in blender or food processor until less coarse.
  4. You need 1/2 of onion.
  5. Prepare 1/2 of green bell pepper.
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp of Worcestershire.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of ketchup or BBQ sauce, divided in half.
  8. Prepare 1 of salt and pepper to taste.

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Chop the onion and bell pepper finely, or use a food processor and pulse until minced.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the egg.
  4. Add remaining ingredients except for 1/4 cup of the ketchup or BBQ sauce, which will be reserved for topping. Mix well (easiest to use hands).
  5. Form into 12 equal sized balls and put in a greased muffin tin..
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then top each with remaining sauce and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until done (split one open to check it is cooked thoroughly).
