  7. You need of Ponmo (Cow skin).
  8. You need of Dry fish (panla).
  9. Prepare of Lucus beans (optional).
  10. It’s of Boiled eggs.
  11. It’s of Inner part (cow meat).
  12. Prepare of Salt.
  13. Take cube of Seasoning.

This is one of my FAVOURITE recipes!I could have Ayamase with anything!Notes: **I chose to boil the pepper I used in this recipe in order to get rid of the excess water but you can definitely strain out the water if you are in a hurry.How to make Ofada rice stew?

Ofada rice stew step by step

  1. Rise the pepper and onion put everything in your blender blend it as you desire.
  2. Heat your palm oil till look like vegetable oil (blench) on medium heat add sliced onion after few seconds add blended pepper,add salt to taste, seasoning cube,cut your ponmo in small sizes and add, crayfish, dryfish stir allow to cook for some minutes add fish to cook together add little water if it requires cook til you see oil over the stew then add your Boiled eggs.
  3. Your stew is ready. Enjoy.
