- It’s 1/4 of Ajwain.
- It’s 2 of Finely chopped green chillies.
- Take 1/2 tsp of turmeric.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of coriander.
- You need 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
- You need as required of Salt.
- Take as required of Oil for frying.
- You need of For Kadhi.
- Take 1/2 cup of besan.
- Make ready 1/2 of turmeric.

Kadhi pakora instructions
- First for the preparation of pakoras,in a bowl add onions, besan,chillipowder,turmeric,ajwain,salt,gingergarlicpaste,coriander leaves,green chillies, squeeze mix well..
- For pakora mixture now add curd,baking soda and Mix well.
- Now in a medium hot oil, with wet hands,take a scoop of pakora mixture and add to oil.Deep fry until it is golden brown..
- Now it's time to prepare kadhi mixture.In a large bowl take been,chilli powder, turmeric,cumin,ginger garlic paste,salt mix well to a smooth paste and then add water.Mix well..
- In a pan,add oil add methi seeds,pepper, coriander,cumin,red chillies and hing.saute for a minute..
- Now add onions and fry till translucent..
- Now add prepared kadhi mixture and keep on stirring..
- Continuously stir the mixture so that mixture get thickens and color start changing..
- Cover it and allow kadhi to boil for around the 10 minutes. Then add fried pakoras and allow it to boil.so that kadhi blends well..
- Finally temper kadhi with 1tsp of ghee,driedchillies,cumin,chilli powder.Now enjoy hot kadhi Lakota with jeera rice, plain rice,roti,chapthi..
