  1. Chop blanched Spinach leaves.In a pan Heat butter or oil.Add refined flour and Saute on low flame till brown.Add 1/2 cup milk.stirr well till the mixture becomes thick..
  2. Add corn kernels,chopped spinach.saute well till dry.Add salt and pepper and grated cheese (paneer can also be used).Mix thoroughly.The mixture is ready.
  3. Take 4 breads.Spread the mixture evenly on the bread.keep another bread on top Apply oil and grill on both sides.or roast on nonstick pan.Nice and crisp sandwiches with vegetables are ready..
  4. Cut each sandwich into 2 equal parts and serve.Garnish with grated carrot and cabbage..
