  1. Clean the flattened rice/poha with water properly & then put 1.5 cup water in the poha. Let the poha to soak the water..
  2. Meanwhile chop the dates, cashew nuts & cut the bananas into pieces as shown in the photo..
  3. When the poha has soaked all the water, put 1 cup sweet curd, 1 teaspoon sugar in it & mix well. Then add the banana pieces, chopped dates, cashew nuts & 1 table spoon orange syrup.
