- You need 2 of chopped green chillies.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Ajwain/ Celery.
- Take 1/2 tablespoon of sooji/ rava (optional).

- You need 400 ml of Oil.

Fried Gobhi Pakoras step by step
- Take a bowl add gram flour and sooji in it..
- Add chopped cauliflower and chillies into the mixture of flour..
- Add all the above-mentioned spices into the bowl..
- Make a pouring consistency batter with water..
- Rest the batter for 10 minutes..
- Heat oil in a cauldron/ kadhai..
- Fry pakoras out of the batter in medium hot oil twice (first half cooked then press it and fry second time)..
- Serve hot the Gobhi Pakoras with green chutney/ketchup..
