Ingredients of Paneer yakhni pulao

  1. It’s 1 cup of soaked basmati rice.
  2. Prepare 200 gms of paneer.
  3. You need 1/2 cup of dahi / curd.
  4. It’s 1 of onion chopped.
  5. Take 1 of onion chops fried/fried onions.
  6. Take 1 tsp of ginger paste.

  1. In abowl take paneer cubes add dahi, fennel powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste.
  2. Roast on pan till golden brown.
  3. In a pan take take oil add green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaves,cloves and saute. Add fried onions and saute.
  4. Add red chilli powder and roasted paneer and mix.add soaked rice add salt and saute.
  5. Add water and cook with lid covered for 15-20 mins stir occasionally..
  6. Check whether rice is cooked.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and fried dry nuts Ready to serve.
