Ingredients of Shahi Fusion Noodles

- Make ready 2 of Whole red Chillies.
- Take 3 of Garlic pods (cut into pieces).
- Make ready 1/2 inch of Ginger.
- Take 10 of Cashew nut.
- Prepare As needed of water.
- Take 2 packet of Maggi noodles.
- It’s To taste of Salt and pepper powder.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Kasuri methi.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Chaat Masala.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Cream.
- Take 2 tbsp of Butter.
Shahi Fusion Noodles step by step
- 1.Boil tomato, red chilli, garlic, ginger and cashew nut in water over medium flame for 5 min.Let
it cool..
- 2.Cook noodles with maggi masala for 4 min.Keep aside..
- 3.Grind tomato mixture into puree..
- 4.Heat oil in a pan,add pureed tomato, salt, pepper, chaat masala, garam masala and kasuri
methi.Cook it for 4 min.over medium flame..
- 5.Add cooked noodles and mix.Cook it for 2 min..
- 6.Cover and leave it for 2 min.so that noodles absorb all the aroma of spices..
- 7.Add cream and butter into it..
