  1. Prepare 250 grams of chopped gooseberry.

  4. Make ready 1 tsp of dry ginger powder.
  5. Take 1 tsp of pepper powder.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of black salt.
  7. It’s 1 tsp of salt.
  8. Take 1 of small lemon juice.
  9. You need 1 tbsp of powder sugar.

  3. Heat a pan in Low heat and start sauté the paste until its colour change to light brown or till the amla get dried. It take 4to 5mins..
  4. Once colour change add karupatti powder(palm Jaggery), chilli powder and start mixing well. In few mins it will melt. Sauté continuously until it’s become thicken. At last, add salt, black salt and lemon juice and mix well. Switch of the flame, transfer to another plate and cool down..
  5. Then start make the mix into tiny balls and coated with powder sugar. Yummy delicious gooseberry balls is ready. It’s a mixed of six taste..
