Ingredients of Fusion Dhokla
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Boiled sweet corn.
- You need 1 of Green Capsicum finely chopped.
- Make ready 1 of small onion chopped.
- Take 1 of big size of Tomato.
- It’s 1/2 Spoon of Kashmiri Red Chilli powder.
- Make ready to taste of Salt.
- Take 1 spoon of Schezwan chutney.
- Take 1 Spoon of butter.
- Make ready 4 of Garlic chopped horizontal slices.
- Take 1/2 Spoon of Oil.
- Prepare 1 Cube of processed cheese.
Fusion Dhokla step by step
- Keep a pan and add Oil.
- Add Garlic sliced and once garlic turns little brown add butter..
- Grind tomato and make a paste. Add tomato paste to it.
- Add salt and Red chili powder to it (you can add Red chili flakes and oregano as well).
- Now add all veggies one by one..
- We need not cook veggies, we need semi crunchy taste of veggies..
- Now add Schezwan chutney 1 spoon.
- Cut your dhokla in small pieces and add to the gravy. mix it gently so that gravy and dhokla get mixed well and dhokla should not become crumbs..
- Serve it on a plate and now finally garnish with grated cheese..
