- Take all-purpose flour and mix some salt in it..
- Add some oil in it and bind slowly..
- Add water and mix it properly..
- Then make a soft dough. And keep aside..
- Take khuskhus in a bowl and soak it in sufficient water for 1/2 an hour..
- Make a smooth paste of it..
- Now heat a pan and take oil and add cumin seeds in it..
- Now add chopped onions in it and also all dry ingredients to it..
- Add 1/2tsp of hing powder to it..
- Now roast it properly untill it become light brown.Also add some achaar masala to it..
- Now add potatoes and green peas in it and stir well..
- And then add bread crumbs to it..
- And roast properly..
- It is done..
- Now take dough and make balls of equal sizes..
- Now roll the ball in a puri..
- Now stuff the filling and shape it like a momos..
- And roll it again..
- Now heat up the oil. And deep fry all the kachodis in it..
- Deep fry all the kachodis untill it becomes in golden colour. Place them on a tissue paper to soak oil..
- Now plate them nicely and serve with sauce..
