Ingredients of Sweet and Sour Pumpkin/Khatta Meeta Kaddu

  1. You need 750 gms of Kaddu (pumpkin).
  2. Take 1 tsp of oil.
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
  4. You need 1 tsp of methi dana (fenugreek seeds).
  5. Take 1 tsp of cumin powder (jeera).
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder (dhania).
  7. You need 1 tsp of turmeric (haldi).
  8. Make ready 1 tsp of chilli powder.
  9. Take 1/4 tsp of cinnamon powder (dalchini).
  10. Prepare 1-2 tsp of sugar.
  11. Take 1 tsp of mango powder (aamchur).
  12. Prepare as per taste of Salt.
  13. Prepare as needed of Chopped fresh coriander leaves (hara dhaina) and green chilli for garnish.

  9. Add Sugar and amchur and cook for another 5-8 min..
  10. Serve hot and garnish with chilli and coriander.
