  3. Add grinded poha, Kashmiri lal mirch,dhaniya powder,amchur powder,salt,chat masala in mashed potato bowl..
  4. Mix it well.The grinded poha will make tikki crunchy..
  5. Mould them in tikki shape and shallow fry it on a non-stick pan until it's sides brown..
  6. For mint chutney -Add mint leaves,garlic cloves,green chilli, tomato,salt in a mixture and grind well..
  7. Add lemon juice to the chutney and mix well..
  8. For mayonnaise dressing-In a bowl add 2tablespoon mayonnaise,diced onion,diced tomatoes,oregano,chilli flakes,salt and 1/2tablespoon sugar and mix well..
  9. Toast burger buns with some butter or ghee on a non-stick pan..
  10. First Apply the mint chutney on the base,then place aloo tikki and over it mayonnaise dressing.Cover it with other bun and enjoy..
