Ingredients of Kaddu ka dalcha and baghara khana
- Prepare of Kaddu ka dalcha.
- Take 200 gms of meat.
- Take 1/3 cup of tuar dal / arhar daal.
- Prepare 1/2 or a medium size of bottle gourd.
- Take 2 of tomatoes.
- Take 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1.5 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Take 1.5 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- It’s 3 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare 1 of lemon sized tamriand soaked in water.
- It’s 1 handful of curry leaves.
- Make ready 1 bunch of coriander leaves.
- Take 1 tsp of garam masala.
- Make ready 3 of whole green chillies.
- Take as per taste of Salt.
- You need of Baghara khana.
- It’s 2.5 cups of rice.
- Take 1 of onion.
- It’s 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Take 3 of green cardamoms.
- Take 1 " of cinnamon stick.
- Take 4 of cloves.
- You need 1 tbsp of shah jeera / caraway seeds.
- Make ready 1 bunch of coriander leaves.
