Take 3 cup of grated sharp cheddar cheese.
You need 1 cup of queso in a jar.
Take 1/2 cup of hot Sadies salsa.
Prepare 1/4 packages of cream cheese.
Make ready 1/2 of onion diced.
Make ready 1/2 tbsp of chili powder.
You need 1/4 tsp of ground cumin.
Prepare 2 tbsp of chopped cilantro.
Take 2 can of medium heat enchilada sauce.
Take 3 tbsp of canola oil.
Make ready 12 of corn tortillas.
MI Amores Enchiladas step by step
Add first 8 ingredients and mix. Set aside. Now heat 3 tablespoons of oil and fry corn tortillas until slightly brown. Not too much or they won't be pliable. Let cool, now add 1 can of enchilada sauce to bottom of casserole dish. Fill tortillas with cheese mixture and line in casserole dish. Top with last can of enchilada sauce and sprinkle with more cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes at 350°F. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before serving..
