- Take 1/2 cup of chanachur (any brand you can use).
- Prepare 3 tablespoon of chopped Cucumber.
- Take 1 tablespoon of chopped carrots.
- Make ready 2 tablespoon of chopped coriender leafs.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of chopped onions.
- Take 2 of chopped green chillies.
- You need 2 teaspoon of mustard oil.
- Prepare of Black salt as required.

- Take a bowl and put chopped onions with chopped green chillies and chopped coriender leafs into it. Put some black salt to taste. Rub it with your hand properly and give them a mix..
