Ingredients of Palm Fruit Pudding(Taaler Kheer)
- Take 3 cups of aaler pulp /Palm fruit pulp.
- Prepare 1 and 1/2cups of Sugar.
- Take 1 cup of Grated coconut.
- You need 2 cups of Milk.
- Prepare 50 grms of Dry fruits.
Palm Fruit Pudding(Taaler Kheer) instructions
- Grate the palm seeds to squeeze out the pulp..
- Heat the Taal/Palm pulp in a pan.
- When boiling add 1cup grated coconut.
- Now cook in medium flame for five minutes. Stir constantly. Then add sugar and milk. Mixed it well..
- Cook for another 10-15 minutes in medium flame. Then add dry fruits and cardamom powder, and mix well..
- Put off gas oven and let it cool. Serve taaler kheer or palm fruit pudding with roti or puffed rice..
