Ingredients of Kerala Roast Chicken

  1. Take 2 of Onions Sliced.
  2. Make ready 1/2 kg of chicken.
  3. It’s 10 of Shallots.
  4. Prepare leaves of Curry.
  5. It’s 1 of tomato diced.
  6. Take 6 of Garlic Cloves.
  7. Prepare Half of thumb size Ginger.
  8. Make ready 2 of deseeded green chillies.
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
  10. Take 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of Garam Masala.

  15. Take 1/2 cup of Coconut Milk.

  5. Add in the fried chicken and mix well with the base masala. Add hot water and cook for another 7-10 mins on low heat. Make sure the water is minimal. Add in coconut milk at this stage and roast on high for about two mins constantly sauteeing it..
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves..
  7. Goes well with rice,idlies,appam etc.
