Ingredients of Chicken 65
- Take 200 grams of Chicken (boneless).
- Take 1/4 cup of Curd.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Make ready 1 tsp of + 1 tbsp Black Pepper powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cumin powder.
- It’s of as per taste Salt.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.
- It’s 5 tbsp of Rice flour.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Oil for deep frying +.
- You need 1 of Green Chilli.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of Garlic cloves.
Chicken 65 instructions
- Add 200 grams of Chicken and ¼ Cup curd and mix well..
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste ½ tbsp, Black Pepper powder ½ tbsp, Cumin powder ½ tsp, Salt to taste and Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp and Mix well.
- Cover and set aside for at least an hour.
- After an hour add 5 tbsp of rice flour and mix well.
- In a kadai heat oil for deep frying and when the oil turns hot add the Chicken.
- Now heat Half tbsp oil in a pan and add a Chopped Green Chili and ½ tbsp of garlic add the fried chicken and stir for a couple of minutes..
- Now add 1 tbsp of black pepper powder and mix. After mixing turn of flame.
