Tiranga Chicken Seekh Kebabs instructions

  1. Divide the chicken paste in 3 portion..
  2. Hariyali chicken:- Mix all the ingridients with the chicken paste and make a smooth paste. Then keep it in the refrigaretor for 1 hour..
  3. Malai chicken kebab:- Mix all the ingridients with the chicken paste and make a smooth paste. Then keep it in the refrigaretor for 1 hour..
  4. Hot & spicy chicken kebab:- Mix all the ingridients with the chicken paste and make a smooth paste. Then keep it in the refrigaretor for 1 hour..
  5. Afrer 1 hour now arrenge all the marinated chicken into the skwr and apply little extra marinating masala..
  6. Then place them into the cooking tray..
  7. Oven should be pre heated for 10 min in 200 digree centrigrated..
  8. Now cook them in 200 digree for 25 min and turn the other side after 10 min..
  9. After 25 min the kebabs are done and garnishing with cucumber,onion ring and tomato & ready to serve..
