Take Half of kg Potatoes.
Make ready 0.25 kg of Coliflower.

It’s 1/2 cup of Oil.

It’s 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
It’s 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
You need To taste of salt.

At first together all spices and cut all veggies.
Now add oil in a pan then add cumin in it.
Now add onions and let them golden brown.
Now when onions golden brown add ginger garlic paste and broil it for 2 to 3 min.
Now add chopped tomatoes and broil for f min.
Then add all the four spices mention above, salt, curry leaves and cover for 5 min then when tomatoes tenderize then broil for 5 min.
Then add chopped potatoes, carrots and peas and let it cook until potatoes half tenderize….
Then add coli flower then broil for 5 min then add almost 2 cup of water and let it cook.
Then when all veggies tenderize add chopped green chillies then shut the stove…
Garnish corriender and serve.
