- It’s 1 Cup of maida / all-purpose flour.
- You need 2 Tablespoon of refined Oil.

Fish Samosa step by step
- First make dough for our fish samosa. Take a bowl add all-purpose flour (Maida), add oil, ajwain, salt, water and bind it all to form a little hard Dough..
- Cover it and rest it for 10 mins. Then make poori like shape and in the middle of it put some little amount of stuffing like a straight line..
- Then cut it from the sides as shown in the above pictures. Just keep folding it cross..
- Then for it's tail take a knife 🔪 and make some line marks. For it's eye's used Cloves..
- Turn on the gas and place a kadhai and pour Oil, when the oil is little hot just fry the fish shape Samosa. The flame should be low to medium, check accordingly. If one side done then flip it to other side..
- Note: At a time you can fry 6 Samosa. It will take around 20 mins to get fried..
- It's done turn off the flame. Serve it with Chutney..
