Add  potato, ½ tsp ginger paste, 2chilli and ½ tsp chilli flakes.also add ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala and ½ tsp chaat masala add roti crumbs Poha add everything(extra if you want to add something dried things you can add)mix well making sure everything is well combined roll the cylindrical shape and keep aside.
  4. Prepare slurry, in a small bowl take ¼ cup corn flour, ¼ cup maida, ¼ tsp pepper powder and ¼ tsp salt adding ½ cup water prepare a smooth lump-free batter now dip the shaped cutlet mixture into slurry and then roll in vermicelli fry in hot oil, keeping the flame on medium..
