- For stir fried vegetables: In a pan add 2 tbsp oil.Add garlic. Stir fry it for 1 min. Add all the vegetables and all the ingredients. Mix well. Stir fry for 2-3 mins. Turn off the flame and add the green onion mix well. Set aside.
