Murghi Masala instructions
- Piyaz ko slice krlain,lahsun adrak ko chop krlain.timatar ka chilka remove krlain..
- Oil garam krain.piyaz,adrak,lahsun saute krlain gullabi hony tak..
- Sabit garam masala add krdain.fry for a minute.add chop tomatoes salt,dhania, haldi,lal mirch, & fry for 2-3 minutes till smell ends..
- Add 1 cup water & let it cook till piyaz timatar are soft & water dries..
- Add chicken & fry chicken in masala.achi tarha bhoon ky 1/2 cup water add kar ky chicken galny dain..
- Chicken soft hojye aur oil uper ajye tu harimirchain cut kar ky add krdain.serve krny sy pehly garam masala sprinkle krdain..
- Chop haradhania sy garnish krain aur garam roti ky sath serve krain..
