  2. Prepare of onions (chopped).
  3. Take of tomatoes (chopped).

  5. Add water and salt. Cook for another 10 minutes..
  6. Meanwhile grind cashews to smooth paste and add to boiling curry..
  7. Add garam masala powder and coriander leaves..
  8. Serve hot with roti/poori or rice..
