  6. Make ready 1 cup of Yogurt.

  8. Take 1 tsp of black peper crushed.

  10. Take 1 tbsp of dhanya powder.
  11. It’s 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of zeera sabut.
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  14. Prepare of Green chillies and coriander chopped garnishing.

  1. Washed chicken and chaman kaddu cut in two piece do not peel and keep a side.
  2. Take a pen….put oil and fried onion till it golden brown…..take out onion and blend with yogurt and zeera….now paste is ready.
  3. Now in the pen add ginger garlic paste and chicken and fried till chicken turn into white.
  4. Now add yogurt paste and spices…..black peper…red chilli powder……turmeric powder…..dhanya powder….salt and mix them well.
  5. Bhonofy the mixture abt 5mint than add chaman kaddu and again bhonofy for 5mints….when oil comes out than add water as chicken has been done….cover it and leave for cooking.
  6. Now check…chicken and kaddu has been done…check the consistancy of ur required gravy…sprinkle garam masala and green chillies and dhanya leaves and simmer for abt 10minutes.
  7. Now your chicken with chaman kaddu is ready to serve…..dish out and serve with chapati.
