- It’s 2 large of capsicums/sweet peppers.
- You need 2 large of tomatoes.
- You need 1 tsp of onion & garlic powder.
- Take 1/2 tbsp of paprika.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of butter.
- Make ready 1 large of white fish fillet.
- Prepare 1 dash of cracked black pepper.
- You need 1 pinch of salt.
- You need 2 tsp of olive oil.
Quick Fish Stew step by step
- Slice peppers and tomatoes thinly..
- Layer veggies in pot and top with onion and garlic powder and paprika..
- Arrange butter so that it will melt generally evenly over the veggies..
- Cover and cook over low heat while preparing the fish..
- Slice fish into bite-size pieces and mix well with pepper, salt and oil..
- Gently fold fish into veggie stew (colours should still be bright and tomatoes half disintegrated), cover and simmer until just boiling..
- Remove from heat and serve hot with couscous or your preferred alternative. Enjoy!.
